Abstract: Objective: To analyze the adverse reactions and influencing factors of tigecycline in the treatment of severe pneumonia.
Methods: 124 patients with severe pneumonia who were treated with tigecycline in Yijishan Hospital,Wannan Medical College from
July 2019 to June 2020 were selected, and the relevant clinical data were counted. Through the analysis of different indexes of patients
with and without adverse reations, the influencing factors of adverse reactions of tigecycline were understood. Results: Among the 124
patients, 35 cases had adverse reactions, the incidence rate was 28.23%, including 12 cases of liver function injury, 2 cases of rash, 1
cases of edema, 10 cases of drug-induced thrombocytopenia, 9 cases of digestive system problems, 1 cases of thrombocytopenia and
liver function injury. There were significant differences in age, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), high blood pressure, smoking
and exercise between patients with and without adverse reactions (P< 0.05), but there were no significant differences in gender, body
mass index (BMI), drinking and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The main adverse reactions of tigecycline
in the treatment of severe pneumonia are edema, liver function damage, rash, thrombocytopenia, thrombocytopenia and liver function
damage. The occurrence of adverse reactions is related to the patient s age, ALT, high blood pressure, smoking and exercise.
