Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Periplaneta americana polypeptide PAE2 on reversing multi-drug
resistance of human hepatocellular carcinoma drug-resistant cell line BEL-7402/5-FU. Methods: Human hepatocellular carcinoma
sensitive cell line BEL-7402 and human hepatocellular carcinoma drug-resistant cell line BEL-7402/5-FU were used as the research
objects. The cell viability was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The mRNA and protein expression levels of
glutathione S-transferase- π (GST- π ), topo-isomerase type (Topo ) and protein kinase C (PKC) in cells were detected by real
time- polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and immunocytochemical staining. Results: The Periplaneta americana polypeptide
PAE2 can effectively reverse the multi-drug resistance of human hepatocellular carcinoma drug-resistant cells BEL-7402/5-Fu, and
can down-regulate the mRNA and protein expression levels of multi-drug resistance related enzymes like PKC, GST- π and Topo .
Conclusion: The mechanism of PAE2 on reversing multidrug resistance in vitro may be related to the down-regulation of multidrug
    reactance-related enzymes.

Objective: To observe the features of drug release through bidirectional calcium phosphate (BCP) artificial bones loaded
with rifampicin (RFP) and isoniazid (INH) in rabbits. Methods: BCP artificial bones were immersed in rifampicin and isoniazid
solutions under dark conditions, and then dried to obtain drug-loaded artificial bones. Direct ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was
used to determine the loading rate of rifampicin and isoniazid respectively. A rabbit iliac bone defect model was established, with 6 in
the blank group (BCP artificial bone group) and 18 in the experimental group (loaded with rifampicin and isoniazid BCP artificial bone
group). Samples were taken on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 28th and 56th days after the surgery, and the plasma and local tissue drug concentrations
were determined. Results: The drug loading rate of rifampicin by BCP artificial bone was (5.98±0.80) %, and the drug loading rate of
isoniazid was (15.08±2.22) %. There was a statistical difference in drug concentrations between local tissue and plasma samples at the
same time point, with the drug concentration in local tissue significantly higher than that in plasma (P<0.05). Conclusion: Drug-loaded
BCP artificial bones have a slow-release effect of anti-tuberculosis drugs and can be used as a carrier for subsequent studies on the
    slow-release of anti-tuberculosis drugs.

Objective: To study the correlation between red blood cell count and blood pressure and hypertension at high altitude.
Methods: All employees and retired workers in a factory in Dali were invited to participate in this study, and a standardized
questionnaire was used to collect the participants’ demographic information, disease history, smoking and drinking habits, family
history of hypertension and so on. SPSS 19.0 was used for multiple linear regression analysis and Logistic regression analysis.
Results: The 1 395 participants included 546 women (39.1%) and 460 hypertensive patients (33.0%). Multiple linear regression
analysis showed that after adjusting for covariates, red blood cell count was positively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood
pressure, and hemoglobin level was positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure. Logistic regression analysis found that after
adjusting for covariates, red blood cell count was independently associated with the increased risk of hypertension. For each 1×1012/L
increase in red blood cell count, the risk of hypertension increased by 92% (OR=1.920, 95%CI 1.161-3.175, P=0.011), while
hemoglobin was not associated with the risk of hypertension (P= 0.361). Conclusion: Red blood cell count was positively correlated
with blood pressure and risk of hypertension at high altitude. Long-term chronic hypoxia at high altitude may be involved in the
regulation of blood pressure and the pathogenesis of hypertension by stimulating erythrocytosis.

2016 to October 2019, 25 patients with stage Ⅰ A1 to stage Ⅰ B1 LRH cervical cancer in the First People s Hospital of Dali City were
selected as the observation group and 25 patients with ARH as the control group. The surgical effects of the two groups were evaluated.
Results: There was no significant difference in the operative time and the number of pelvic lymph nodes cleared between the two
groups (P>0.05). Some indicators in the observation groups, such as the operation bleeding, exhaust time, and the hospitalization time,
were significantly lower than those of the control group. These differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). The results showed
that the incisional margin of vagina was negative and the operation was complete. The patients followed up for 12 months were
without recurrence. Conclusion: On the basis of full notification and careful evaluation, laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical
cancer has the advantages of being minimally invasive, avoiding long abdominal incision, less bleeding, quick recovery, short hospital
stay, less postoperative pain, less trauma and so on. It has obvious advantages and important clinical application value.

Objective: To determine whether the initial use of chloramphenicol for empirical treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
keratitis has a positive effect on its prognosis. Methods: 77 patients (77 eyes) from January 2014 to December 2019, bacterial cultured
and identified as bacterial infection by Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the ophthalmology department of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture
People s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the use of chloramphenicol eye drops before levofloxacin eye drops,
they were divided into chloramphenicol group and non-chloramphenicol group. The ulcer area, the initial best corrected visual acuity, the
final best corrected visual acuity, the course of the disease and the complications when starting to use levofloxacin eye drops were
recorded in details. Results: 36.36% of patients used chloramphenicol eye drops before levofloxacin drops. The ulcer area in the
chloramphenicol group was larger (P<0.05), and the initial best corrected visual acuity and final best corrected visual acuity of the two
groups had no statistically significant difference. The course of the disease was longer in the chloramphenicol group (P<0.05). The
rates of corneal pannus and corneal perforation in the chloramphenicol group and non-chloramphenicol group were 3.57% and 2.04%,
respectively (P>0.05). There was no correlation between the area of the ulcer and the initial best corrected visual acuity (r <0.2). The
length of the disease has a certain correlation with the area of the ulcer, the initial best corrected visual acuity and the final best
corrected visual acuity (0.2 <r <0.4). The final best corrected visual acuity has a strong correlation with the initial best corrected visual
acuity (r> 0.6). Conclusion: More than 1/3 Pseudomonas aeruginosa keratitis patients used chloramphenicol eye drops before using
levofloxacin eye drops, but using chloramphenicol eye drops did not improve the patient s ultimate corrective vision, shorten course, or
    reduce the incidence of complications.

Objective: To observe the effects of dexmedetomidine on hemodynamics and stress response in patients with lung lavage.
Methods: Sixty patients who underwent lung lavage in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University were randomly divided into two
groups, i.e., the control group (group C) and the dexmedetomidine group (group D). Group D was intravenously infused with
dexmedetomidine before the induction of anesthesia; group C was given an equal volume of 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Before
infusion of dexmedetomidine or 0.9% sodium chloride solution (T0), immediately after tracheal intubation (T1), at the beginning of
left lung lavage (T2), at the beginning of right lung lavage (T3), and at extubation (T4), and 5 minutes after extubation (T5), the mean
arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) of the two groups of patients were recorded, and plasma epinephrine and norepinephrine
levels were measured at each time point. Results: Compared with T0, MAP and HR were increased at T1 to T5 in group C. In group D,
MAP and HR increased significantly only at T4. Compared with group C, MAP and HR in group D were significantly lower at T1, T2,
T3 and T4 , the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Plasma epinephrine and norepinephrine in the two groups increased
at T1, T2, T3 and T4. However, compared with group C, the increase in the group D was significantly reduced in these time points,
the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Dexmedetomidine can inhibit hemodynamic fluctuations and stress
response in patients with lung lavage.

Objective: To explore the clinical application value of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in the etiological diagnosis
of community-acquired pneumonia. Methods: The routine blood indices, CRP and the concentration of PCT were retrospectively
analyzed in 47 patients with streptococcus pneumonia (SP), 50 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) and 64 patients with viral
pneumonia (VP) within 48 hours after admission to hospital. NLR <5 was selected as cut-off value, and the results were analyzed by
statistical methods. Results: Compared with those in MP group and VP group, the patients in SP group had higher levers of white
blood cell counts, NLR, NLR<5, and PCT, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). NLR<5 had the best diagnostic
efficacy in distinguishing between SP and MP (AUC=0.92), VP (AUC=0.74), and non-SP (AUC=0.84), respectively. Conclusion:
NLR can distinguish bacterial infection from non-bacterial infection in the early stages. At the level of NLR<5, non-bacterial infection
such as mycoplasma or virus should be considered, which can better guide clinical medication.

Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics and laboratory characteristics of 73 cases of tsutsugamushi disease in
Anning area, as well as the risk factors of severe tsutsugamushi disease. Methods: The clinical characteristics, laboratory characteristics,
and treatment of 73 cases of tsutsugamushi disease hospitalized in Yunnan Kungang Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018
were retrospectively analyzed. According to the criteria of severe diagnosis, the patients were divided into 18 cases in the severe
group and 55 cases in the non-severe group. The clinical characteristics and laboratory results of the two groups were compared to
explore the risk factors associated with the occurrence of severe tsutsugamushi disease. Results: The incidence of 73 cases of tsutsugamushi
disease was mainly in summer and autumn, and the onset time was concentrated in July to October every year. Clinical features: all
patients had fever, and 87.7% of patients has eschar. Other atypical clinical manifestations: sick, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Positive
laboratory indicators associated with the incidence of tsutsugamushi disease have elevated ALT, AST, LDH, PCT and CRP, decreased
eosinophils, and abnormal lymphocytes. PLT reduction, CRP, PCT, AST, and LDH elevation were statistically significant between the
severe tsutsugamushi disease group and the non-severe tsutsugamushi disease group (P<0.01). Conclusion: In addition to high fever,
tsutsugamushi disease has a variety of clinical manifestations, and there are a variety of laboratory abnormalities. Clinicians need to
carefully ask about the medical history, do comprehensive analyses of various laboratory data during the high seasons of tsutsugamushi
disease and find the eschar of the hidden parts of the body to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of tsutsugamushi disease; patients
with severe tsutsugamushi disease are prone to PLT reduction and increased CRP, PCT, AST and LDH. Active early treatment should
be carried out to reduce the mortality of severe tsutsugamushi disease.
