Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral seminal vesicle in the treatment of refractory prostatitis.
Methods: From March 2016 to August 2019, 58 patients with refractory prostatitis who were treated in the department of urology
in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two
groups, i.e., the treatment group and the control group. All the 28 patients in the treatment group were treated by seminal vesicle.
The 30 patients in the control group were treated with comprehensive conservative methods. Before and in the 6th months after
treatments, according to the National Institutes of Health Prostatitis Scale, International Index of Erectile Function,Self-rating
Depression Scale Score, and small patticle of lecithin and interleukin-10 levels, patients in the two groups were compared to judge the
clinical efficacy. Results: After 6 months of treatment, the improvement degree of each index in the treatment group was better than
that in the control group. Conclusion: Transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy in the treatment of refractory prostatitis is significantly better than
comprehensive conservative treatment, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and life quality of patients.
