"Internet+ Education" Based on Constructivist Learning Theory and the Cultivation of College#br# Students Innovation Ability#br#

Abstract: In the reform of Chinas college education model, the implementation of "Internet+ education" has always been regarded
as an important driving force to strengthen college students innovative abilities. Based on the constructivist learning theory, this
paper discusses the four elements of "context", "collaboration", "conversation" and "meaning construction" identified by the scholars,
expounds how "Internet+ education" promotes students autonomous learning and practice, provides cooperative platforms to enhance
the interaction among leaning units, and changes the way of knowledge presentation to strengthen the construction of students
knowledge, so as to put the cultivation of college students innovation abilities into effect.
