Abstract: Border governance is an important issue in the field of national governance, and its essence is to maintain the security of national territorial sovereignty. The governance of border areas faces the threats and challenges of multiple issues such as the uneven distribution of governance resources and insufficient continuous supply, the difficulty of mobilizing and integrating border people, the delay of governance theory, the constraints of the geographical environment, and the interweaving and resonance of new and old overseas issues, which inhibits the protection of the national territory. Sovereignty security, citizen life safety and physical health, etc. are constraints to the improvement of the country's overall security governance efficiency. To ensure the effectiveness of the governance of conserving soil and consolidating borders, it is not only necessary to incorporate it into the framework of national governance for planning and re-examining the traditional "core-periphery" one-way governance model, but also to promote the governance of conserving soil and consolidating borders with state power. Effective improvement of ability.
