The Chinese Communist Party has promoted the modernization of the Chinese language for a century， and in turn， the modernization of the Chinese language has helped the development of the Chinese Communist Party for a century. The Communist Party always thinks about the happiness of the people in order to overthrow the Kuomintang and establish a new China； it can transform the feudal policy of fooling the people into the policy of enlightening the people into a socialist society and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This can be confirmed by the seven aspects of language modernization： the harmonization of language use， the commonality of oral language， the oralization of written language， the simplification of ideographic characters， the phonology of the text system， the clarity of text format， and the computerization of information processing.

 Language modernization is a key factor in the process of Chinese national integration and the formation of Chinese National Community. As the vanguard of the Chinese nation， the Communist Party of China， which always represent the orientation of advanced culture， realize the establishment and legalization of the national common spoken and written language with world vision， scientific direction， the mass line and pragmatic style of work. It promotes the fusion of the Chinese nation and the formation of the Chinese National Community. Great achievements have been made in the language modernization. In the future， facing important issues such as legalization and informatization of language， the CPC will remain the backbone to lead the language modernization of the Chinese National Community.

In pioneering and leading the language development， the Communist Party of China has been striving for the happiness of the Chinese people and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The language development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has gone through a process from building a cultural citizenry （nationalization of language undertakings）， a law-abiding citizenry （legalization of language undertakings） to a highly-literate citizenry （aestheticization of language undertakings）. The progress of citizens' language view and language ability reflects the prospect ofChina's economic and social development. The modernization of national language and the substantial improvement of citizens' language ability have been fully reflected in the practice of language policies of the Communist Party of China.

The process of language modernization in China is closely related to the transformation of Chinese society led by the Communist Party of China over the past century. At the same time， China's language modernization is also a model of actively opening up and absorbing European language research ideas and methods. The introduction of general linguistics is the theoretical basis for Chinese language modernization. In the development of general linguistics in China， Prof. Wu Tieping has played an important role in promoting "linguistics as a pilot science". He devotes all his life to the construction of general linguistics and has pioneered in many linguistic research fields. Since linguistics is the basis of the Humanities， the current Chinese linguistic community still needs to strengthen theoretical research， enhance the leading role of linguistics， and promote the coordinated development of other disciplines. Linguistics can continues to boost the modernization of Chinese language and overcome the tendency of isolation from other disciplines.

"Live streaming + short video" has become a popular marketing and shopping mode for many merchants and consumers. With the empowerment of the influencer economy， the tourism industry has also ushered in new development opportunities. Based on the 5T model and taking the leading online travel company Ctrip as a research case， this study analyzes its "live streaming + short video" marketing strategy on the short video platforms. The results show that Ctrip's live-streaming strategy and short-video operation conform to the current consumers' consumption habits， has good results， and brings usable experience for the development of similar tourism companies， and points out the development direction of tourism companies in the era of traffic. Based on the results of the research， a strategy for the development of integration of live tourism and short video is proposed to help build a new economic form of tourism in the new era.

Facing the pandemic of COVID-19 and starting from the standpoint of animal protection， this study uses document analysis methods to dig into the traditional Naxi animal ethics contained in Dongba classic books and their modern manifestations， and interpret the realistic value of the Naxi traditional animal ethics.  Shakespeare's Sonnets is the only collection of Shakespeare's poems and the peak of sonnets. Liang Zongdai's translation of Shakespeare's Sonnets has been widely praised and recognized as a model in the field. His translation adheres to the principle of "literal translation as the main part and variation as the auxiliary part". The language is delicate， euphemistic and elegant， and the translation has both wonderful appearance and spirit. Taking this translation as an example， this paper probes Liang Zongdai's translation style and strategy， aiming to provide reference for future translation studies of Shakespeare's Sonnets and related researches of translator's style.

With the development of globalization， minorities' cultures catch the attention of people around the world. How to better spread the culture of Bai minority? The key lies in the accurate and full translation of culture-loaded words. By browsing tourism websites， government website and reading relevant English books， the author summarizes the common translation methods of Bai culture-loaded words. After analyzing and comparing these methods， the author believes that transliteration， namely Pinyin with tone marks， plus explanation should be adopted when rendering culture-loaded words.

he three brothers， Wang Fusheng， Wang Desan and Wang Xinting became "three elite men in one family" and made important contributions to the Chinese revolution for many reasons， one of which is that they were influenced by the good family tradition passed down from generation to generation by the Wangs. The good family tradition is mainly manifested firstly as benevolence， social responsibility， and willingness to serve the public； secondly， diligence and frugality； thirdly， filial piety； and finally， tolerance， kindness and family harmony， etc. The excellent family tradition had significant influences on the Wang's three brothers to embark on the revolutionary road and cultivate revolutionary spirit， and is still providing major enlightenment for the Party members nowadays. In the year of 1654， a famous Chinese Buddhist monk Yin Yuan traveled to Japan， and then he founded the Huangbo Sect， a Japanese Buddhist sect， which not only injected vitality into Japanese Buddhism， but more importantly， the Huangbo culture， derived from the the Huangbo Sect， played an important role in promoting various aspects of Japanese society besides literature， art， painting and calligraphy， architecture in Edo era. What is more， its influence even went deep into the daily life of Japanese citizens， reflecting a high degree of integration with Japanese culture. On the basis of comparative analysis of the policy factors， religious development needs， navigation conditions and other historical backgrounds of those Monks' eastward sea-voyage to Japan in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties， this paper focuses on the development of  Huangbo Sect after Yin Yuan's eastward crossing. The spread of Huangbo Sect toJapanand its influence on the development of Japanese society can be deeply studied from the perspective of Japanization of Chinese Zen Buddhism.

The key to government decision-making process is the attention allocation. Therefore， understanding the allocation and change of government attention to elderly services can help improve and optimize government's decision-making ability in formulating elderly-service policies. Based on the 2005-2020 work report of the Kunming Municipal Government， this paper uses text mining techniques to analyze the changes in the intensity and structure of the government's elderly care services. Affected by the process of population aging， the overall planning of the central government， and the transformation and development of Kunming， the intensity of attention allocation is increasing， but the increase is small and the fluctuations are large. The changes in the attention structure are divided into three obvious stages， and at present， the development of diversified elderly care service models is the focus. Based on the development plan of new Kunming and the current situation of the attention allocation of elderly care services， suggestion are put forward to establish and develop an integrated health care service system in a smart community.

The view of heaven and human mainly discusses why heaven is heaven， why human is human， and how to deal with the relationship between heaven and human. This paper uses historical and comparative research methods to investigate the ethnic origin， totem beliefs， inter-ethnic contacts and cultural protection of the Canadian Aboriginal Musqueam. It reveals the Musqueam' naive view of heaven and human and philosophical cognition. From the three dimensions of inheriting history and based on the present and facing the future， this paper summarizes Musqueam's culture system of heaven， human and gives contemporary interpretation， thus to sublimate the ancient thoughts again. The spiritual formation of North American ethnic minorities and Chinese traditional philosophical thoughts coincide with each other， so as to provide a new field for cross-cultural ethnic research and modernization of traditional culture.

Teacher education model is an important part of the development of teacher education. This study uses literature analysis and knowledge mapping methods to analyze the trajectory， status quo and hotspots of teacher education model research in China in the past 30 years. The results show that： from the perspective of time and space distribution， the number of published papers on teacher education model research continues to increase， and the research institutions are both extensive and concentrated； from the perspective of evolution， there are mainly three stages： the first stage （1991-2000） attaches importance to the study of the continuing education model for primary and secondary school teachers； the second phase （2001-2010） focuses on the research of teacher education model reform； the third phase （2011-2020） emphasizes on the practice orientation and collaborative innovation of teacher education model research. Then， suggestions are put forward from five aspects： teacher education theory with Chinese characteristics， cooperative and collaborative innovation， professionalization and academic qualification improvement， information-based teaching， teacher ethics and quality assurance system， in order to promote the high-quality development of teacher education research.

Under the background of MOOC education， the study found that most students are satisfied with the MOOCs of ideological and political courses， but learning effects are not good enough； students' learning attitudes and participation in the courses have a significant impact on the degrees of their satisfaction； the experience of using the MOOCs has a significant positive correlation with the students' willingness of commendation. Since the promulgation of the Regulations on the Construction of Counselors in Colleges and Universities， the deputy secretary of the party committee （general branch） of the college （department）， the head of the student work team， and the secretary of the Youth League （general branch） have been clearly included in the team of full-time college counselors. This group is collectively referred to as "non-traditional full-time counselors" in this article. This group is different from the traditional full-time counselors in terms of role characteristics and work contents. Therefore， identifying their roles is very important for enhancing the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education. First， this study analyzes the advantages of non-traditional full-time counselors； secondly， it discusses the role of non-traditional full-time counselors based on relevant investigations； finally， it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the development of non-traditional full-time counselors in terms of policy formulation， job functions， training and education， employment procedures， and competition evaluation.
