Abstract: Objective: To analyze the results of emergency blood test in patients with wild mushroom poisoning, and to explore the clinical significance of emergency blood test for the diagnosis of patients with wild mushroom poisoning. Methods:This study included 50 suspected cases of patients who were initially diagnosed with wild mushroom poisoning in the People's Hospital of Yuxi City from June 1 to August 31, 2020(the group of suspected cases with wild mushroom poisoning), and 50 healthy physical examination people during the same period(the healthy examination group). The changes of routine blood examination, coagulation function, electrolytes, liver function and cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the healthy examination group, the white blood cell count, neutrophil count and neutrophil percentage in the group of suspected cases with wild mushroom poisoning increased, while the lymphocyte count, lymphocyte percentage and monocyte percentage decreased. So the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of fibrin degradation product and D-dimer in the group of suspected cases with wild mushroom poisoning increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The concentrations of bicarbonate ion and myoglobin decreased in the vast majority of patients with wild mushroom poisoning. Conclusion: The changes of hemogram in routine blood test, the increase of fibrin degradation product and D-dimer levels, and the decrease of bicarbonate ion and myoglobin concentrations can provide support for the diagnosis of mild wild mushroom poisoning.
