Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Aiming at the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities in west Yunnan， this paper explores the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship applied talents suitable for the economic and social development of west Yunnan. Through the innovation of internal management mechanism to promote the integration of specialized innovation and scientific innovation， teachers and students， and through the construction of "four external environments" to unite with universities in West Yunnan to promote the integration of education ecology and ideas， the "cross-border integration" innovation and entrepreneurship education system should be constructed to serve the national development strategy and local social and economic development needs， which  involves the crossover between professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education， between research and innovation and entrepreneurship education， between teachers and students， between school and society， and between schools.
