Abstract:

This study analyzes the spatial correlations among the various national directories in different administrative regions around the country in order to reveal the fitness， matching and repellency among these districts， thus providing a new perspective for examining the focus of the local development plan. Taking 332 directories from 11 departments and 4 categories in 16 cities of Yunnan Province from 1982 to 2022 as samples， the correlation and coincidence analysis between different samples are measured through spatial correlation and gray correlation analysis. It is found that at the prefecture and city level， Kunming City， Qujing City， Yuxi City， Chuxiong City， Baoshan City， Pu'er City， Lincang City， Honghe Prefecture， Dali Prefecture and Lijiang City are relatively significant in the comparison of correlation and overlap. At the city and county level， it is found that 22 cities and counties， i.e.， Dali City， Jianshui County， Qiubei County， Shilin County， Tengchong City， Xishan District， Yiliang County， Mile City， Chuxiong City， Deqin County， Jinghong City， Lanping County， Luoping County， Simao District， Weishan County， Pingbian County， Menghai County， Xundian County， Jianchuan County， Mengla County， Shangri-La City， and Yulong County， were relatively significant in the comparison of correlation and overlap . So， it is proved that the relative performance of the above regions is more outstanding in the implementation and integration of several major national development concepts and strategies. This framework and case of local relevance analysis based on national directories provides a new idea and method on the basis of natural policy experiment for objectively evaluating the integration degree of similar local implementation of national development strategies and concepts.
