"Offspring with urban household registration can inherit the right to use rural homestead" is a major breakthrough in jurisprudence， but in practice， there are problems including increasing"hollow houses"， vague policies on housing transfer and inheritance， unclear criteria of the degree of repair after housing inheritance， contradictions between "one house with multiple inheritances" and rural production priority， mismatch between the rural housing market price and the actual value， and disconnection between related policies and laws. In this context， this paper aims at solving the current problems based on the local conditions and circumstances， by firstly specifying the time limit for inheritance of the right to use homestead and the standard of house repair degree， then moderately releasing the right of rural residential property transaction and innovate the inheritance mode of homestead use right， and finally putting forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to achieve the coordination between policies and laws.

The construction of rural tourism cooperatives is a feasible way to promote the development of Ethnic Rural Tourism in border areas. The establishment of rural tourism cooperatives in Qiunatong village， Gongshan County has promoted the development of tourism， increased villagers' income and achieved remarkable results. However， there are still some problems in cooperatives at present， such as insufficient investment in tourism industry， deficient depth of tourism development， special culture to be developed， ecological environment to be improved， and an extreme lack of professional management talents. This paper proposes that the development of tourism cooperatives in frontier ethnic areas should connect with the "five revitalization" objectives of rural industry， talent， culture， ecology and organization， improve tourism quality， advance service quality， inherit excellent culture， protect the ecological environment， build a good management team， enhance the development momentum of tourism cooperatives， so as to realize the revitalization goal of rural industry through tourism quality and efficiency.

The global flow of production factors has provided an opportunity for latecomer firms in developing countries to embed in the global value chain， and comparative advantages and competitive advantages determine the position of enterprises in the value chain. The article analyzes the existing literature from three aspects： comparative advantage theory， competitive advantage theory and their mutual relations to expound the theoretical viewpoints， contributions and shortcomings. It is concluded that the comparative advantages and the competitive advantages are not alternative but complementary， and the research on international division of labor and trade theory has experienced a gradual integration from comparative advantages to competitive advantages.

This study analyzes the spatial correlations among the various national directories in different administrative regions around the country in order to reveal the fitness， matching and repellency among these districts， thus providing a new perspective for examining the focus of the local development plan. Taking 332 directories from 11 departments and 4 categories in 16 cities of Yunnan Province from 1982 to 2022 as samples， the correlation and coincidence analysis between different samples are measured through spatial correlation and gray correlation analysis. It is found that at the prefecture and city level， Kunming City， Qujing City， Yuxi City， Chuxiong City， Baoshan City， Pu'er City， Lincang City， Honghe Prefecture， Dali Prefecture and Lijiang City are relatively significant in the comparison of correlation and overlap. At the city and county level， it is found that 22 cities and counties， i.e.， Dali City， Jianshui County， Qiubei County， Shilin County， Tengchong City， Xishan District， Yiliang County， Mile City， Chuxiong City， Deqin County， Jinghong City， Lanping County， Luoping County， Simao District， Weishan County， Pingbian County， Menghai County， Xundian County， Jianchuan County， Mengla County， Shangri-La City， and Yulong County， were relatively significant in the comparison of correlation and overlap . So， it is proved that the relative performance of the above regions is more outstanding in the implementation and integration of several major national development concepts and strategies. This framework and case of local relevance analysis based on national directories provides a new idea and method on the basis of natural policy experiment for objectively evaluating the integration degree of similar local implementation of national development strategies and concepts.

Four-syllable words are a common word form in Sino-Tibetan languages. Being one of the Tibetan-Burmese languages in the Sino-Tibetan language family， the Bai language has abundant four-syllable words too. The characteristics of the four-syllabic words in the Bai language are as follows： the structure has the beauty of symmetry， the language meaning has the beauty of reflection， and the semantics has the beauty of perception. In addition， like other languages of the Sino-Tibetan language family， the Bai language also has the feature of redundancy which plays a key role in the formation of the four-syllable words.

The translation of Yunnan oral literature， an important part of Chinese literature， is an indispensable part of Chinese culture going abroad. By clarifying the significance of translating the oral literature of Yunnan ethnic minorities， this paper analyzes the main problems existing at present. There are few translation achievements， and the number of translators is far from meeting the requirements； the research content is concentrated， but not systematic； the research method is single and the depth of that is not enough； there are massive versions of fairy tales， which makes it difficult to choose the proper version to translate. In the future research， we should find corresponding solutions from macro and micro levels. From a macro perspective， apart from relying on the government， cultural research institutes， universities and publishing houses， Yunnan's advantages as a tourist province are supposed to be fully utilized， and the oral literature works related to minorities should be combines to the greatest extent when tour guides make tourist publicity materials or introduce scenic spots. From the micro level， it is necessary to closely combine the translation purposes of Yunnan oral literature， select appropriate texts and translation strategies， and improve the translators' cultural awareness and sense of responsibility of ethnic minorities， so as to effectively enhance the dissemination effect of Yunnan oral literature as well as culture and help build a good international image of Yunnan ethnic minorities and Yunnan province.

Under the uproar of the "peace literature" of the Japanese puppet government， the new literature declined and the old-style literature flourished in the enemy occupied areas. During this period in Beijing， Yayan was an old-style literary publication which had the greatest impacts， attracted the most scholars and had the highest achievements. It is not a puppet government mouthpiece， but the journal poetry was mostly disconnected from reality and meaningless under political pressures， and there was also a trend of refinement in line with politics.But some Ci poets wrote ingeniously poetry under the guise of "elegance" to express a tearful rage towards the fall of the country. As a result， the literary space featured the coexistence of the vacuity and substance under a rhetorical veneer. It was both a political survival strategy under high pressure and a disguised form of "peace literature". The complex forms of Yayan revealed the realistic plight of narrative literature in the occupied regions， while the success ofrefined Ci poetry highlights the richness and emotional connotation profundity of old paradigm of art and literature.

In mid-late Ming Dynasty， when Wang Yangming's theory of mind was prevalent， Li Yuanyang， a Bai scholar born in Dali， Yunnan， claimed to be a disciple of Wang Yangming's school and believed in his theory firmly. Therefore， he often communicated with Wang's disciples to learn from each other，no matter when he worked as a government official orreturned to his hometown to be a lecturer after retirement. He also insisted on interpreting Wang's theory through letters and articles. Of particular importance to his achievements， however， was the break-through on Wang's theory and proposed his ontology of human nature， which were borrowed from the thoughts of Buddhism and Taoism， and inherited the multiple interpretations of human nature. The process fromhis pure absorption， interpretation to theoretical breakthroughof Wang's theory seems to reflect the history of the spread of mind theory in ethnic areas.

Philosophy is both science and belief. The philosophy pointing to scientific knowledge is universal， while the philosophy pointing to spiritual belief has ethnic-national character. If philosophical research focuses on the former， it is in favor of philosophical view of epistemology； but if we want to know and understand the latter， the philosophical view of meaning is needed. The study of ethnic-national character of philosophy and that of philosophy of nation should not only have a philosophical view of epistemology， but also a philosophical view of meaning. Only with the help of the philosophical view of meaning theory can we more accurately understand the problem consciousness， mental process， spiritual world related to the livelihood of different ethnic-nationalities and its coupling relationship with the social and historical experiences and major life concerns， so as to understand the people who create specific philosophies more accurately.

The city is a direct manifestation of the complex relationship between society and space， which embodies the economic relationship and social structure. David Harvey's integrated criticism of Marxist political economy shows the role of capitalist production methods on the shape and form of urban space. Capitalist urban space is becoming increasingly fragmented， hierarchical， and alienated， manifesting and exacerbating social injustice and inequality. Harvey takes urban issues into consideration from the perspective of the globalization of capitalism， and expands the imagination of space-time utopia and the future urban world with a theoretically optimistic attitude， which provides us with useful ideas for understanding the social attributes of urban space and actively constructing socialist space justice.

Freedom is the core of modern values， and there are negative freedom and positive freedom in the actual level and the ought-to-be level. As concrete forms of freedom， freedom of consumption and free consumption are corresponding to negative freedom and positive freedom， and they are different rights with different natures. What is more， they both differ from the view of consumption freedom in consumerism. On the basis of interpreting freedom， freedom of consumption and free consumption are differentiated and analyzed. Its significance not only lies in revealing the enslavement of the freedom of consumption in consumerism， but also justifying the real freedom of consumption.

Taking the red tourism of higher vocational college students in Hangzhou as the research object， this paper analyzes the relationship among positive thinking， experience value and behavior intention， and believes that positive thinking has a significant positive impact on experience value which further positively influences behavior intentions. It also puts forward a new idea of expanding ideological and political education by cultivating the positive thinking ability of college students， building a new model of Ideological and political education by adding immersion experience of red education， and exploring suggestions on new ways of ideological and political education with the goal of strengthening the positive impact of behavior intention. The influence of commodity packaging on consumers' purchasing behavior is increasing. Packaging with aesthetic taste and good texture not only helps to enhance consumers' desire to purchase， but also improves the added value of goods. By analyzing the relevant theories of product packaging design elements and consumer perception behavior， and through conducting questionnaire surveys on consumers and statistical analysis of data， it is possible to obtain consumers' perceptions， attention and recognition of clothing product packaging design elements . Mastering the psychological needs and perceptions of the target consumer groups is a prerequisite for the implementation of packaging design precise marketing. So， the purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis and practical data reference for consumer perception to be involved in clothing packaging design.

Dali Converging Media Center has both achievements and shortcomings in the comprehensive transmission of information. Particularly， there are problems such as single form of cultural programs， simple dissemination of cultural programs， insufficient participation rate and low communication efficiency in the Bai cultural diffusion. Based on the current situation of Dali Bai culture communication， it is suggested that Dali Converging Media Center should， firstly， scientifically and reasonably set up different cultural program sections for different audiences； secondly， continuously integrate interactive and participatory livestreaming； thirdly， build beautiful countryside in combination with poverty alleviation， and establish a large cultural database in combination with artificial intelligence； and finally， build and promote Dali's cultural brand. In the end， the goals of inheriting Bai culture and passing on Chinese culture， building a socialist cultural power， promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement， and taking the road of cultural self-confidence will be achieved.

Solidifying the sense of community for the Chinese nation is the "outline" of the Party's national work in the new era， and the education of that is an important content of moral education in universities. Inter-subjectivity theory regards man as the subject of social practice， who presents subjective initiative and creativity in specific practical activities. The education of solidifying the sense of community for the Chinese nation is inseparable from the inter-subjectivity relationship between educators and the educated. And it should investigate the inter-subjectivity between subjects such as form and content， direct and indirect influencing factors related to education， individuals and groups. To solve the problem arising from the influence of information flow between subjects in form， to solve the problem of giving and receiving between subjects in content， and to investigate the inter-subjectivity of factors related to education in the process of solidifying the sense of community for the Chinese nation， we can understand it from three aspects： ontology， epistemology and axiology. It is also necessary to investigate the inter-subjectivity， including individuals and groups， in the process of solidifying the sense of community for the Chinese nation. The implementation of the education of solidifying the sense of community for the Chinese nation should solve the theoretical problems of inter-subjectivity， which should be reflected in practice， and pay attention to the inter-subjectivity relationship of factors related to education， so as to make the education of solidifying the sense of community for the Chinese nation achieve the expected results.

From the perspective of time， youth watching videos at double speed represents young people's rushed cultural experience.The overload and oppression of rheological information， meaning loss of inferior images， the time drive by social anxiety and the technological induction of cyberspace have all contributed to the phenomenon of "accelerating" and "rushing". From the perspective of space， watching videos at a faster speed by young people shows the tendency of consuming online culture in the cultural structure. Meanwhile， the circle link points， spiritual resonance and brushing speed of videos when young people "choosing" videos are revealed too. Realistically， educators should respond positively to the passive "rush" and spontaneous "choosing" of young people， and reduce the attention loss of middle-aged and young people watching videos at a faster speed by enriching the value connotation of video. They should also strengthen the subject consciousness of youth and enhance the consciousness of "human technology" interaction， and pay attention to the construction of online think tanks and the online development of youth， so as to let the technology serve the development needs of youth.

Ethnic groups with smaller populations have achieved overall poverty alleviation， and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation by education is of great significance to the comprehensive realization of rural revitalization. The endogenous development， which focuses on the cultivation of local producing capacity， provides a new self-developing idea for consolidating the achievement of poverty alleviation through education for ethnic groups with small populations. Coordination and integration are the basis， empowerment and participation are the key， and motivation and identification are the internal motivation in this way of thinking. In addition， the basic structure and linkage relationship among the three are the internal logic to consolidate the achievement of poverty alleviation by education of ethnic groups with small populations. Based on this logic， the development path to consolidate the achievement of poverty alleviation in education for less-populated ethnic groups is as follows： to remodel the value of children's development and build the concept of consolidating the achievement of poverty alleviation through education； to construct the model and guarantee system of consolidating the achievement of poverty alleviation through education on the basis of causes of poverty and its group characteristics； and to enhance social integration and build a community for children's development.

Investigation and Reflection on the Present Ecological Situation of Rural Teachers' Profession in the "Three Areas" of Yunnan Province

The "three areas" refer to remote areas， frontier ethnic minority areas and old revolutionary base areas， which are the underdeveloped areas in urgent need of the most help in our country . The "three areas" of Yunnan province involve 15 prefectures （cities） and 88 counties （cities）. Through a questionnaire survey of 3 426 rural teachers in these areas， it is found that the current vocational ecology of rural teachers has some problems， such as relatively poor salary， large horizontal comparison gap， heavy teaching burdens， excessive workload， little space for career development， slow growth， physical， mental health problems， and health welfare to be improved. Therefore， multiple measures should be simultaneously taken from the aspects of health and welfare （management supports） and reputation （public opinion supports） to build a professional ecology of rural teachers with "guaranteed treatment， development space and occupation honor".
