Abstract: The application of the "Production-Oriented Approach" （POA） theory and evaluation framework in Chinese as a second language （CSL） teaching has a positive effect. Under the guidance of this theory， a teaching chain of "Drive-Learn-Product1-Feedback-Product 2" is established， and the structural pattern of iPrepare， iExplore， and iProduce is optimized into five modules： iPrepare， iExplore， iProduce， iEvaluate， and iPromote. A 4-hour online experiment is conducted for the course "Chinese Culture". The experimental results demonstrate that the five-module teaching structure is helpful in enriching the output forms and improving the output quality of online learners in cultural studies. Moreover， recommendations for online cultural teaching are also proposed.
