Humanistic Quality of Medical Workers from Systematic Integrity

The paper discusses the humanistic quality of modern medical workers on the base of systematic integrity theory and suggests that medicine is both natural science and humanities. Humanistic attribute is an important value of modern medicine. The humanistic quality of medical workers has its systematic integrity in which the whole does not equal its parts, and it is the key of building the sustainable and harmonious socialist medicine.
