Abstract:

Traditional administrative culture is both advantageous and disadvantageous in the development of autonomous local
government in western Yunnan. Therefore, a law and service-oriented and open administrative culture should be constructed in the transformation of traditional administrative culture in autonomous areas in western Yunnan so as to realize a rapid and sound development of the local government.
