Analysis and Strategies for the Deficiency of Ethnics in the Management of Primary and Secondary Classes

Abstract:

Class management is considered to be the most microsmic level in educational management, and it has great influence on students' development. However, many problems of management ethics emerge in the practice of class management. In perspective of educational ethics, this paper analyzes the dislocation of management objectives of primary and secondary classes, the misinterpretation of major structure of management, the dilemma of management methods. Based on the analysis, strategies for management have been proposed to provide reference for schools and teachers.
