To Face the Whole Group and Respect Each Individual: A Sound Strategy for Secondary Vocational Education

Abstract:

The secondary vocational school plays a vital role in cultivating specialized talents all over the country. However, the
quality of its students is commonly lower. The bottlenecks which limit the development of these students are the deficiency of basic knowledge, poor behaviors, and mental disarrangement. To solve the problem and promote the healthy development of students in secondary vocational schools, ideological education should be held from three aspects, namely, concentration on the whole group, full acquaintance of students' characteristics and concern for each individual, as well as good environment for the development of students' individuality and specialty.
