Abstract:

Objective：To search a convenient way for processing the parameters of pharmacokinetics. Methods：The software Excel was applied to analyze pharmacokinetics data to draw the curve, obtain curve equation, and calculate the parameters of K and Ka according to slope and intercept. Results：The software Excel was an efficient and exact way to process the parameters of K and Ka. Conclusion：Using software Excel to process the pharmacokinetics parameters could reduce workload; improve accuracy and efficiency of data analysis.
