The Teaching Reform and Practice in Experiment Course of Food Chemistry

Abstract:

Experiment course of Food Chemistry is an important basic professional course for majors in Food Science & Engineering and Food Quality & Safety. To improve the teaching quality is an inevitable tendency. Experiment teaching reform is explored and practiced in this paper. Students’active participation is enhanced and students innovation ability is fostered through the reform.
