This paper is designed to solve the geometric probability problem of Bertrand paradox by using Monte Carlo method. Owing to the result differences which are caused by three different samples space, Monte Carlo method is used to simulate random sampling to verify the rationality of third method. And with the help of the computer, Matlab software programming and mathematical statistics in the statistical counting method are used to solve this problem. This solution is not only using the Monte Carlo law principle reasonably, but also important to understand and know more of the randomness of the geometric probability problem.

Polynomial modulo reduction operation is one of the fundamental issues of computer algebra, and widely used in coding algorithms and cryptographic system design. Based on the analysis on the mathematic foundation of modulo reduction operation, this paper designs the expression auto-generation algorithm of modulo reduction operation. This algorithm can auto-generate the algorithm expression of modulo reduction operation according to the selected word-width and modulo polynomial. This provides a foundation for the application of modulo reduction algorithm in the areas of cryptography and encode, such as ECC, AES and CL-PKC.

A branch of the development of the nonextensive statistics is incomplete statistics. In this paper, the idea of nonextensive statistics is introduced briefly. According to the maximum entropy principle, the probability distribution based on the incomplete entropy is deduced in the completely open system, and the other six actual usable probability distributions can be obtained directly from it, which have provided theoretical basis for studying the particle system of complex physical systems.

The organic solar cells with structure as ITO/PEDOT: PSS/P3HT + PCBM/LiF/Al are prepared to study the effect of annealing treatment on the property of battery. These devices are treated at 150 益for 60 min in an ambient atmosphere and the best power conversion efficiency(ηp)of 2.01% is obtained at an open circuit voltage(Voc)of 0.57 V,a short circuit current density(Jsc)of 6.32 mA·cm-2,and a fill factor(FF)of 0.55. The device performance is significantly improved by thermal annealing. At last, the internal cause of annealing affecting the property of battery is discussed.

The research on the relationship between stereo-chemical structures and chiral spectra is a fundamental job for the applications of chiral compounds in chiral materials and chiral drugs. The DFT computations of a chiral phenolic compound called as planchol E show that the experimental H1 NRMspectra display the feature of isomer 1 without intramolecular H-bond while the measured IR spectra originate from isomer 2 with intramolecular H-bond. Due to the intramolecular H-bond in isomer 2, there are many differences in both the chiral spectra as ECD and VCD and the achiral spectra as NRMand IR.
