Abstract:

With the continual expansion of postgraduate enrollment, the education quality of postgraduate declined, which has become a social issue of common concern. Combining working practice, the study analyzed the main problems and influencing factors existing in postgraduate education, and then it put forward to some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the training quality of postgraduates from the perspectives of improving the quality of postgraduate candidates, enhancing the construction of supervisors, improving training process, cultivating student’s creative ability, introducing the elimination mechanisms in postgraduate education, and strengthening daily
management and education.
