Abstract:

Objective: To explore the safety hazard causes and the precautions of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）nursing. Methods: Two hundred cases of cyclical clinical data and nursing measures were conducted retrospective analysis. Results:There were no nursing errors and accidents in 200 cycles, which completely complied the national laws of the human reproductive technology. Two patients, whose documents did not meet the requirements but enrolled in the cyclical treatment, was tracked in time and reissued according to the requirements later, and treatments were not impacted. Conclusion: Cause analysis of the safety hazards of IVF-ET nursing and taking effective prevention measure can reduce and even eliminate the adverse nursing events and improve the quality of nursing safety.
