and clinical prevention and treatment. Methods: Samples were obtained by rubbing with a cotton swab on feet from 262 voluntary students. Direct microscopy observation, fungal culture and strain identification were applied in the study. Results: There were 397 fungi isolated from 262 specimens; the positive rate was 74.04%. The fungi carrier rates were not significantly different between male(71.8%)and female (77.4%)(P>0.05). In the isolated strains, there were 113 strains of dermatophytes (28.4%), 114 strains of yeast (28.7%), and 23 strains of other unclassified multi-cellular fungi (5.8%). There was no statistically significant difference of multi-cellular fungi incidence rate between males and females (P>0.05). Yeast carrier rate in male and female were 35.2% and
55.7%, respectively; the difference was statistically significant (Χ2=10.6904, P<.01)The incidence rate of foot fungus disease was 11.1% among student population. Conclusion: High fungus carrying rate and relatively low foot fungus disease incidence rate was observed in college students, the carrying rate was not different between male and female. We also found higher yeast carrying rate in the female.

ovarian teratoma treatment. Methods: In research group, oophorocystectomy was performed under laparoscopy, while with laparotomy in the control group. IL-6 and T-lymphocyte subpopulation (CD4/CD8)before and after operation were measured to evaluate the immune function. Results: There was no difference of IL-6 and CD4/CD8 in two groups before operation (P>0.05). Compared with control group, both IL-6 and count of CD4/CD8 in research group were evaluated significantly on the first day and the fourth day post-operation (P<0.05). IL-6 and count of CD4/CD8 recovered to normal in the fourth day in the research group. Conclusion: Laparoscopy operation has no significant effect on IL-6 and T-lymphocyte subpopulation. Patients benefited with quick restoring and less complications from laparoscopy operation, which should be widely promoted.

Methods: Pathogenic bacteria cultured in SICU from 2009 to 2012 were identified and conducted the drug sensitive test by applied automatic bacteria identification system (biomerieux France); data were statistically analyzed by WHONET 5.6 software. Results: There were 893 strains of pathogens detected in the 4 years, with 141 strains of gram-positive bacteria (15.7%)and 752 strains of gram-negative bacteria. Pathogens were isolated from samples of sputum, urine, blood and bile, while sputum sample made up the majority. The isolated rate of multi-resistant bacterium was 22.1% (2009), 30.9% (2010), 47.5% (2011), 54.3%(2012), respectively. Under the drug sensitive test, the rate of pathogen resistance to normal antibacterial drugs was high, but the
enterobacteriaceae and vancomycin resistant enterococci resistant to carbon penicillium effect of enzyme antibiotics were not found. Conclusion: The pathogen in SICU was mainly gram-negative bacteria, and with high proportion of multi-resistant bacterium, isolated rate of multi-resistant bacterium raised year by year, we should strengthen the regional surveillance of bacterial resistance to guide clinical medication.
