Abstract:

The drug crime problem in Dali has its own characteristics: criminals are mainly farmers and the unemployed followed by
men in gangs, and the characteristics of special drug-related criminals are distinct. Criminal methods are mainly through street selling,carrying drug, and selling-for-taking drug, and most of the criminal means are diversified and concealing. The social status of drug criminals--the vulnerable groups, is the main reason of participating in drug crimes.
