Acarya Avalokitesvara is the earliest Avalokitesvara sculpture that were introduced to Dali by Indian monk in the second
year of Nanzhao Baohe（825A.D.）. Different from the Avalokitesvara sculptures from Central China with a jar containing pure water and a willow branch in hands, Acarya Avalokitesvara is with the Sarasvati-devi mudra, which shows the remarkable local and minority characteristics. Study of the Acarya Avalokitesvara unearthed from Qianxun Pagoda of Dali Chongsheng Temple proves that the Buddhist culture was introduces to Dali from Central China as well as India. The discovery of Acarya Avalokitesvara sculpture reflects the culture and art communication between different minority group people in ancient Dali and Indians and Southeast Asians.

GAO was the family name of an old prominent family in the history of Dali Kingdom. The power of GAO's family could
influence all over the eight prefectures and four counties of Dali Kingdom. GAO's family devoted to developing the local Buddhism,
and the head of GAO's family, as the abbot, took charge of the famous temples in Shuimu Mountain—a famous Buddhism mountain in Dali. After the study of archives of GAO's family, as well as the stone inscriptions and other historical documents in Shuimu Mountain,it can be concluded that the source of Shuimu Mountain's Buddhism came from the two branches of Exotoric and Tantric Buddhism ofChongsheng Temple. This paper mainly discusses the special role which GAO's family had played in the inheriting system of theShuimu Mountain Buddhism, and the importance of Shuimu Mountain's Buddhism to GAO's family.

Qiaohou Town in Eryuan County in Dali is a typical poor minority mountainous area with rich minority culture resources.
However, with the development of time, the local traditional culture inheritance method and the field—family, society and school
changed greatly. At the same time, the inheritance of minority culture is facing a series problems: the lack of family education, the
weakening of social education, deviation of mass media, poor performance of school education, on- going government poverty
alleviation, and the lack of minority cultural talents, etc. At present, there is a need to improve the understanding of the importance of
inheriting culture, strengthen government's function and school's function of inheriting culture, and enhance the heritage of minority
culture in poor mountainous areas from four aspects through tourism.

As for the theory of loan words, Dongba script's loan words from Chinese can be divided into loan of sound, loan of
meaning as well as loan of both meaning and sound. Meanwhile, there are direct loan and script-transformative loan for the mode of
loan. This paper studies the loan word mechanism of Dongba script's loan words from Chinese based on the theory of loan words and loan word mechanism and analyzes the reason of this phenomenon.

Constructing the Silk Road economic belt and getting through the 21st century Sea Silk Road are the important national
opening strategies for China now. "One Belt and One Road", the new national opening strategy, is closely related to Yunnan which is the front edge and window of national opening southwest strategy and enjoys prominent status in whole macro-geography. Based on the study of the Silk Road, Yunnan happens to be on the joint point of the Southern, Northern and Sea Silk Road. In the "One Belt and One Road" strategy, Yunnan serves as an important joint point of connecting these "three roads" "two oceans", and "two continents" with its prominent gateway function in the strategy of opening to west. Revitalizing the Southern Silk Road is the inevitable choice of China's strategy in Indian Ocean and the objective requirement of constructing the economic belt among Bangladeshi, China, India and Myanmar. It is a new change in geopolitics of turning Yunnan's backward position in the Reform and Opening-up Policy into front edge in national strategy of opening to west. With the good basic condition in the strategy of opening to west, Yunnan is able to take great
responsibilities in national strategy "One Belt and One Road". People in Yunnan have to take the historical responsibility of playing a
leading role in national overall strategic arrangement.

Where there is a word, there is the ideology. Literature is a kind of special artistic word which inevitably has ideological
character. In novel Kong Gu Lan of Zhang Chang who is a Bai author, the ideology which is distinct and accords with the requirement of time is always the dominant narrative power. It influences Zhang Chang's design of text narrative mark as well as mark's meaning,which causes an imagery named "bridging" as well as its meaning, and determines the novel's ending. Legends of Mountains and Seas, as a book gathering many Chinese ancient myths, is called "the ancestors of narrative
wonders in ancient and modern" and "the ancestors of strange language in ancient and modern". It records the most kinds of monsters among other documents in pre-Qin period and it also narrates bizarre gods and divine power through metamorphosis, which fully shows the comprehensive life view of primitive people and their devout totem worship. Through portraying the shapeshifting of gods and creating a wonderful metamorphosis myths world, Legends of Mountains and Seas was describing the images of gods, goddess and mythical creatures, and constructing a magical and charming metamorphosis myths world, which greatly relies on the power of primitive people's totem worship. According to the narrative way of shapeshifting of human being and animals, the narrative type of animal metamorphosis in Legends of Mountains and Seas can be classified into two types: the human and animal totemic type, and the animal totemic type.

Chinese society is experiencing the rapid aging period in which senior citizen is a huge vulnerable group whose ideological
and psychological state are worthy of attention. Through the survey on the ideological, psychological state and work for urban senior citizens in Kunming and Dali, it found that many elderly people's life are poor with prominent ideological and psychological problems,unsatisfactory help from related governmental departments, and the conflict of needs and shortage. Plenty of senior citizens are poor in both material and mental life. It's necessary and pressing to strengthen and improve the work for them, especially senior citizens' political ideological work. Based on the survey data and actual situation, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for reinforcing and improving the work for senior citizens.

Current situation of preschool education in Dali meets several problems, such as late start, weak foundation, big
differences between city and rural area, and lower quality of kindergartens running by framers. With the lack of money, regulation
supports and qualified teachers, current preschool education is facing the great difficulties of running kindergartens in countryside and remaining problems of the difficulty of enrolling in kindergarten; the small distribution area of public kindergartens and its poor ability in setting as leaders and examples; poor ability of running kindergartens by farmers and the weak support from government. In order to develop the preschool education in Dali, it's necessary to increase education investment, especially the expenditure for preschool education, increase teacher's number, better teacher's training system and preschool distributing scheme, give priority to develop the planned preschool education project in rural area, strengthen the construction of core kindergartens in town and elevate the model ability of preschools, strengthen the supports on private kindergarten in rural area and comprehensive governance of those kindergartens.

Decision of the CCCPC on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform which was promulgated at
the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party marks the official launch of the new round of
reform in China. As an important part of the new round of reform, reform and development of education undertakes important
responsibility for the successful implementation of the reform. Reform on education should be based on reality and sweeping approach should be avoided. In the education reform, the government should play the leading role, fully mobilizing the creativity and enthusiasm of the teachers at all levels. Meanwhile, it is of great significance to highlight the reform on college student enrollment and examination systems and gradually eliminate the irrational phenomenon of exam - oriented education resulted from the College Entrance Examination and finally promote comprehensive quality -oriented education, aiming at the integrated development of the younger generation.
