Abstract:
This paper analyzes the shortages existing in traditional Chinese classroom observation, introduces the development and the form of classroom observation, the development of the observation tools and the construction of the observation frame, and then compares them with traditional Chines classroom observation. This paper also advocates for using classroom observation to improve the quality of education and teachers' professional skills and designs two observation scales with the reference to the LICC paradigm.
