Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of understanding of the further study on the spirit of Central Ethnic Working Conference, this
paper explains the background of this conference, analyzes the reasons of putting forward the pathway of dealing with ethnic problems
with Chinese characteristics, offers some strategic thoughts on the problems of the developing the pathway of dealing with ethnic
problems with Chinese characteristics, and discusses the responsibilities and obligations of scholars from three levels.
