Abstract:

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation used in the prevention of postpartum stress
urinary incontinence and discuss its application value. Methods: Eighty-six cases of pregnant women in our hospital from January
2010 to December 2012 were divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Observation group used pelvic
floor muscle rehabilitation apparatus treatment, while control group used conventional postnatal health training. We compared two
groups in postpartum urinary incontinence and pelvic floor muscle changes after 2 months and 9 months. Results: The incidence of
urinary incontinence of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group after rehabilitation training. The
difference had statistical significance(P <0.05). The pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group improved more than that of
the control group after the treatment. The difference had statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion: Application of pelvic floor
muscle rehabilitation apparatus for pelvic floor rehabilitation training can effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum stress
urinary incontinence. And it can reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence. Furthermore, it has no side effect and is safe and
effective. So it is worthy of further clinical research.
