Abstract:

Objective: To discuss the characteristics of perioperative nursing of laparoscope-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric
cancer. Methods: The treatment and perioperative care of 36 cases of laparoscope-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were
retrospectively analyzed. Results: Except for 5 cases of short - term complications after conservative treatment in 36 cases of
laparoscopic surgery which were later cured by conservative treatment, others had no complications of surgery and perioperative care.
Conclusion: The perioperative management can greatly improve the success rate and reduce the incidence of complications,
especially, it has important implications for the rehabilitation of patients and complications of preventive care.
