Experience of Rescuing the Batch Wounded of Serious Incidence of Violence and Terrorism
——A Case Study of Kunming "301" Violent Terrorist Event

Abstract:

Objective: To review the successful experience of rescuing the batch wounded in Kunming "301" serious incidence of
violence and terrorism so as to improve the efficiency of emergency treatment. Methods: The emergency management of unexpected
public event was launched immediately. The batch wounded were rescued and treated quickly. Results: All patients were rescued and
treated in 15 to 60 minutes after arriving at the emergency department, which had provided a powerful life channel for emergency
operations and other further treatments and achieved good results. Conclusion: Third class A level hospital deals with the unexpected
public events orderly, timely and efficiently.
