2019年度中国天然气行业景气指数变动分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中国天然气行业景气指数由西南石油大学于2016年一季度首次发布，之后每季度连续发布。天然气行业景气指数的指标体系由宏观经济指数、天然气行业专家判断指数、天然气进口景气指数、天然气生产景气指数、天然气销售景气指数等5个二级指数、23个三级指标构成。与中国天然气行业景气指数同时发布的还有天然气生产景气指数、天然气销售景气指数、天然气行业未来一年景气走势指数。近几年，中国天然气行业景气指数连续稳定上升，较为客观地反映了我国天然气行业真实运行态势：天然气行业投资连年增长、天然气生产稳定上行、天然气销售持续向好、天然气对外依存度从快速增长到减速刹车、天然气供求关系由紧张趋于平衡、天然气市场化进程加快步伐。由此可见，天然气行业进入了黄金发展时期。本研究将分析2019年度中国天然气行业景气指数变动情况，揭示天然气行业景气度持续上升的深层因素。

Abstract: China's Natural Gas Industry Prosperity Indexes are a set of indexes issued quarterly by Southwest Petroleum University since the first quarter of 2016. The Natural Gas Industry Prosperity Indexes cover 5 second level indexes(macroeconomic indexes, natural gas industry expert indexes, natural gas import indexes, natural gas production indexes and natural gas sales indexes)and 23 third level indexes. And the Indexes of Natural Industry Prospect in the coming year is issued too.The Natural Gas Industry Prosperity Indexes have been on the rise in recent years, which is an objective reflection of the real performance of natural gas industry in China:investment in the natural gas industry has kept increasing for years, natural gas production and sales have risen steadily, China's dependence on overseas natural gas has slowed down, natural gas demand and supply is approaching a balance,and natural gas industry is quickening its marketization reform. The present paper intends to analyze the fluctuation of China's Natural Gas Industry Prosperity Indexes in 2019, and explore the inner driving forces for the continuous rise of natural gas industry prosperity.
