Abstract: The concept of “common prosperity” contains the Marxist principles of justice and value goals. In the $Critique$ $of$ $the$ $Gotha$ $Program$, Marx reveals the limitations of the principle of “distribution according to work” and further elaborates the more reasonable and perfect principle of “each does his utmost, each gets what he needs”. The communist society does not “transcend justice”, and justice at this time can be called “transcendental justice”. The transcendental justice, which is measured by the inner needs of human beings, transcends the alienation of human and social differentiation under the control of capital logic, and gives human more freedom and equality. Transcendental justice is the value support to common prosperity: firstly, the goodness of common prosperity in the new era contains the value goal of transcendental justice; the practice of common prosperity contains the value ideal of transcendental justice, and finally, the common prosperity of all the people contains the value aim of transcendental justice. With the support of Marxist's idea of transcendental justice, common prosperity can be advanced f by ensuring high-quality development, strengthening the construction of spiritual culture, and by improving people's quality of life.
