Abstract: The lowcarbon technology innovation is the key to the implementation of the scientific outlook on development，to the realization of energy conservation and emission reduction，and a low carbon economy development.To promote lowcarbon technology innovation，we need to build a perfect public service platform of the low carbon technology.In China，the construction of the public service platform of low carbon technology lags behind，which is mainly due to the following problems： inadequate investment，relatively weak resources conformity ability，imperfect technology system，and lack of low carbon professionals，etc.The construction of the public service platform of low carbon technology can be achieved by improving ideology and overall planning，increasing and diversifying investment，integrating resources，and by optimizing national and local lowcarbon innovation system，etc.
