摘要： 社会主义新农村建设是党在新的历史条件下的重大战略决策，是解决“三农”问题的基本途径，新农村建设的成功与否，农民素质的提高起着十分重要的作用。农村建设中知识的传播与吸收影响着农民素质与农业发展，农村地域条件不同和农民素质的差异化对知识服务提出了新的挑战。以农民个性化知识需求为前提，以深入调查和分析建模为研究路径，尝试性地建立适应新时代要求的知识服务模型。开展针对不同区域、不同受教育程度的农民的知识服务研究，对加快我国新农村建设步伐，培养一代新型农民有着重要的现实和理论意义。

Abstract: Building the new socialist countryside is an important strategy of the government in the new different historical situations as the basic solution to problems concerning agriculture，countryside and farmers.Its success is highly dependent on the promotion of the farmers′ quality.In the country construction，the promulgation and assimilation of knowledge affect the farmers′ quality and agriculture development.However，varieties in rural geographic situations and in the farmers′ quality pose challenges to knowledge service at the present time.Considering the farmers′ individual needs for the knowledge，we carry out investigation and analysis，trying to establish knowledge service patterns which apply to different regions and farmers with different education levels.We hope this study may contribute to the construction of the new socialist countryside and to the cultivating of the new generation farmers.
