试论科研工作者学术合作的持续性

A Study on the Sustainability of Academic Cooperation in Scientific Researchers

摘要: 随着当代科技的飞速发展,合作日益成为科学研究的主流方式。学术界对科研合作的影响因素展开了较为系统的研究,但极少关注科研工作者的合作持续性问题。以《科学学研究》杂志2010年发表的118篇两人合著论文的作者为样本,分析开展学术合作的科研工作者群体的合作持续性特征,结果显示:科研工作者学术合作的持续性程度较低,只有6对科研工作者形成了持续时间较长的学术合作关系,其中4对属于师生关系,2对属于同事关系。为了促进科研工作者开展持续的学术合作,在科研管理体制改革中,应改变现有的强调第一作者的科研评价体系,将合著论文按姓氏字母顺序署名或标出合作论文中每位作者的实际贡献率;同时,在职称评审制度改革中,将现行锦标赛性质的职称评定制度改为达标赛,只要达到更高一级职称的要求的科研工作者都能获得晋升。

Abstract: With the rapid development of modern science and technology, cooperation has become the mainstream way of scientific research. The academic community has carried out systematic researches on the influencing factors of scientific research cooperation, but little attention has been paid to the sustainability of cooperation among scientific researchers. This paper takes the authors of the 118 two-author papers published by Studies in Science of Science in 2010 as samples to analyze the sustainability characteristics of the scientific researchers who have already carried out academic cooperation. The results show that the sustainability of academic cooperation between researchers is relatively low, with only 6 pairs of researchers forming a lasting academic partnership, 4 pairs being supervisors and students, and 2 colleagues. In order to promote the continuous academic cooperation among scientific researchers,we suggest changing that the existing scientific research evaluation system that emphasizes the first author alone, and co-authors signing their names in alphabetical order or according to the actual contribution to the paper. We also suggest changing the current professional title evaluation system to a qualification competition in which every researcher can be promoted when meeting the requirements of a higher title.
