Abstract:

This paper probes the issues in rural social administration based on methods and principles of sociology. Research indicates that we should coordinate rural social relationships by targeting relationship between generations，conjugal relationship and relationship between cadres and masses. Besides，we should also strengthen the legal interference and strictly control the advantaged group who participates in the distribution of rural resource interest to regularize code of behavior in rural society. From the perspective of categorized governance，we should properly handle and resolve the rural social conflicts. We should take rural education as point of cutin to break the system of binary structure of urban rural education and to promote the rural social justice. We should govern the latent environmental pollution and pay more attention to the food safety in rural areas in order to cope with social risks in rural areas. However，in order to maintain the rural social stability，we need to do more on the macro level. For example，we need to coordinate the relationship between the poor and the rich，regularize the rural social behavior by law，resolve social conflicts in rural areas by relying on the rural public and promote the rural social justice by accelerating the pace of urbanrural integration or urban rural coordination.
