Abstract: Based on a survey about the characteristics and effects of the successful efforts in coordinative urbanrural development in Qingyang District，Chengdu，the author gives definition to the connotation and extension of the meaning of “Qingyang Experiences”，which can be reflected in the following aspects：progress in coordinative urbanrural economic development，a step upward in coordinative urbanrural social development，a breakthrough in systematic structure，a higher level of modernization in coordinative urbanrural development and further promotion of residents′ life in both urban and rural areas.The investigation on the measures taken in Qingyang District reveals that “Qingyang Experiences” makes a good example that contributes to develop firm beliefs and resolution in coordinative urbanrural development and is worth learnt from.
