摘要/Abstract

摘要： 理想信念是一个人、一个民族和国家的力量源泉和精神支柱，也是个人发展和社会进步的动力与目标。大学生党员是党员发展增长最为明显的群体，年轻教师党员是将热情与智慧奉献在教书育人实践活动中先锋模范作用的年轻带头人，帮助大学生和年轻教师党员正确理解理想信念内涵、深刻领会理想信念教育内容，以改革创新的精神加强大学生党员和年轻教师党员理想信念教育，提升他们马克思主义的坚定信念和共产主义远大理想，使其牢牢把握正确的人生航向，把个人成长成才融入党的伟大事业之中，谱写壮丽的青春乐章。

Abstract: Ideal and belief are the major source of power and spiritual support of a nation and an individual which contribute greatly to social and personal progress. Student party member is the most remarkably increasing group of party members，and young teacher party members in universities are young pioneers who devote their intelligence and energy to teaching and student cultivation. Therefore，it is important to enhance education on ideal and belief of party members among college students and young teachers under the guidance of the spirit of reform and innovation and ensure that they correctly understand the meaning of ideal and belief，comprehend deeply the content of ideal and belief education so that they can develop a firm belief in Marxism and integrate personal development with the great cause of the communist party.
