摘要： 以目前由于气候变化给石油天然气企业带来的机遇和挑战为背景，结合国际上石油企业的相关经验，指出要改善石油天然气企业普遍存在的高污染、高耗能问题，为石油天然气企业谋求一条可持续发展道路，必须从低碳经济模式的探索入手。从生态伦理的角度出发，阐述低碳经济、低碳技术在石油天然气企业中的运用，并通过对低碳企业评价指标的分析，试图探讨出石油天然气企业发展低碳经济模式的途径。

Abstract: Based on the opportunities and challenges facing petroleum and natural gas enterprises due to climate change，and considering relevant experiences of foreign petroleum enterprises，this article points out that it is necessary to explore low carbon economy mode in order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high pollution and to promote sustainable development of petroleum and natural gas enterprises. From the perspective of ecological ethics，this paper starts from the application of low carbon economy and low carbon technology to petroleum and natural gas enterprises. And through analysis of evaluation index of the low carbon enterprises，the author intends to explore the approaches to low carbon economy the petroleum natural gas enterprise may adopt.
