摘要:

针对目前世界范围内发展低碳经济的趋势,分析指出,CO2 驱油与埋存研究在提高原油采收率、保证国家
能源安全的同时,可以有效降低CO2 排放量,对促进我国低碳经济健康快速发展和保护生态环境都具有十分重要的
意义。CO2 驱油与埋存技术在低碳经济的发展过程中机遇与挑战并存。研究表明,目前CO2 驱油提高采收率技术
在国外发展已比较成熟,在国内处于矿场试验阶段。CO2 埋存技术在国内外均处于起步探索阶段,还存在诸多没有
解决的难题。相关行业应该加强技术攻关,同时国家应该加大投入,出台相应的优惠政策,降低成本,制定和协调相
关的行业发展规划,促进产业结构调整,扩大宣传力度,提高公众认知度,使该项研究尽快形成产业规模,促进低碳
经济健康发展。

Abstract:

CO2 flooding and sequestration technology is playing a significant role in enhancing oil recovery,guaranteeing
national energy security and effectively reducing CO2 emission. In the context of global low carbon economy,development
of CO2 flooding and sequestration techniques is faced with both opportunities and challenges. Researchers should endeavor to
resolve technological problems. On the other hand,government should increase investment in relevant researches,introduce
preferential policies,and formulate development programs of related business to promote industrial restructuring. In addition,
more efforts should be made in dissemination of the technology to improve public awareness so that researches can be applied
to industry on a large scale sooner and therefore accelerate low carbon economy development.
