摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新中国成立以来，云南少数民族语言使用研究大致经历了开创期、沉寂期、恢复期和兴盛期四个主要发展阶段。回顾云南少数民族语言使用及其发展演变状况，为不同时期云南少数民族语文政策的制定提供参考。在新历史时期，云南少数民族语言使用研究，首先应当坚持为传承云南少数民族多元文化服务，为边疆少数民族地区社会和谐发展服务的指导思想；其次应当加强少数民族语言使用等相关理论研究；同时也应当重视科研合作，加强云南省少数民族语言使用研究的队伍建设，不断推进新时期云南少数民族语言使用研究工作。

Abstract: Since the founding of the People′s Republic of China，the studies of Yunnan minority language use has roughly experienced four stages including initiation，stagnation，recovery and prosperity.Retrospect of the minority language use and its development in Yunnan offers references to language policy making concerning Yunnan minorities in different stages.In the new historical period of today，the study of minority language use in Yunnan should first adhere to serving for the inheritance of multiculture of minority groups and for promoting social harmony in ethnic minority areas.Theoretical research of minority language use should also be reinforced.Meanwhile，scientific research cooperation and the construction of the research team should be valued so as to continuously promote the research of minority language use in Yunnan.
