从“黄昏”意象看《边城》的悲剧情怀和隐忧意识

摘要:

在文本细读的基础上,结合沈从文的创作心理和小说产生的环境,对其代表作品《边城》中的“黄昏”意象进行解读。文章主要由语词、意象、主题三个层面来展开。通过总结 “黄昏”意象出现的次数,在对“黄昏”各个意象进行分析之后,提出《边城》表现了人神(主要指傩神)之间隔阂的悲剧,传达沈从文对本民族(苗族)在汉族文化冲击下可能被湮灭的担忧的同时,还表现出沈从文的现代性反思。

Abstract:

By combining the writer’s mentality with the social environment of the production of the fiction,this paper interprets the imagery of “Twilight”in Remote Town in the following three aspects: diction,imagery,and theme. By summing up the occurrence of and analyzing the imagery of “Twilight”in the story,the author concludes that Remote Town shows the tragic gap between the worldly beings and the Gods (God Nuo in particular),which represents the impact of Han culture on the Miao nationality. Therefore,Remote Town expresses Shen Congwen’s concern and worry about the cultural conflict between Miao and Han nationality,which is also his modern reflection.
