提升高校思政课教师控场能力的三维视角解读

摘要: 办好思想政治理论课,关键在于发挥教师的积极性、主动性、创造性。高校思政课教师是否具备控场能力,直接影响思政课堂教学效果及教学目标的顺利实现。理直气壮办好思政课,需要高校思政课教师从三个维度不断提升控场能力。在信念维度,思政课教师必须具有坚定的马克思主义信仰、深沉的家国情怀以及理直气壮讲好思政课的信心,以坚定的理想信念提升思政课的说服力。在情感维度,思政课教师应通过调动师生的情感因子,通过因情说理以提升思政课的渗透性,通过真情互动以提升思政课的温度,通过以情动人以促进学生对思政课“长情”,以师生的情感互动增强思政课的感染力。在学理维度,思政课教师应该以真才实学引导学生,以宽广视野赢得学生,以科研能力折服学生,不断深化思政课的解释力。

Abstract: Field control capability originally refers to the ability of a speaker to control and grasp his audience. The college ideological and political teachers' field control capability is the decisive factor for successful classes, and in realizing the goal of bringing the ideological and political education "into the mind, into the heart, and into the action". A good ideological and political course needs the teachers to improve their field control capabilities from three dimensions. In the belief dimension, ideological and political teachers must have a firm belief in Marxism, deep national feelings, and the confidence to enhance the effect of the ideological and political course through successful classes. In the emotional dimension, ideological and political teachers should improve the effectiveness of ideological and political courses by giving ideological and political courses warmth, and thus promote students' lasting interests in ideological and political courses through emotional interaction with students. In the academic dimension, teachers of ideological and political courses should guide and win their students with their academic expertise, their achievements in scientific researches and their broad vision.
