摘要/Abstract

摘要： 提升针对性是新发展阶段高校思想政治教育实现高质量发展的重要理论命题和现实课题。把供需对位作为根本前提，把问题导向作为根本原则，把精准施教作为根本方法，把技术赋能作为根本支撑，把协同育人作为根本保障，是提升高校思想政治教育针对性理应遵循的实践逻辑。具体而言，做到供需对位，关键要从高校思想政治教育“供给侧”和“需求侧”改革双向发力；坚持问题导向，关键要通过调查研究弄清高校思想政治教育究竟要针对什么问题；做到精准施教，关键要因人施教、因时施教、因地施教；做到技术赋能，关键要运用好大数据预测技术、智能算法推荐技术、区块链技术等高新技术；做到协同育人，关键要构筑校内校外双协同育人并举发力的新格局。

Abstract: Improving the pertinence of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of theoretical and practical significance. In practical terms, it is necessary to carry out well-aimed teaching with technology assistance under the problem-oriented principle and the prerequisite of "supply and demand" so as to guarantee coordinate education. We suggest reforming ideological and political education in colleges and universities in both the "supply side" and the "demand side", investigating and clarifying problems to be solved in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, taking students and time and local elements in teaching with assistance of big data, intelligent recommendation algorithm and block chain in constructing coordinate education in and outside university campus.
