Abstract: On the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,Secretary General Xi Jinping put forward the concept of green development,and he stressed that the protection of the environment is the foundation for rapid economic development. Daqing Oilfield,the largest oilfield in China,has been developed for 56 years. And the process of oil production caused serious pollution to the entire ecosystem of Daqing Oilfield. Under the guidance of the green development and recycling economy concept,we must give adequate emphasis to environment protection in oil production in Daqing Oilfield for sustainable development. It requires technological innovation,relevant laws and regulations, the environment awareness of oilfield employees to accomplish this complex task of constructing ecological civilization in Daqing.
