On the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,Secretary General Xi Jinping put forward the concept of green development,and he stressed that the protection of the environment is the foundation for rapid economic development. Daqing Oilfield,the largest oilfield in China,has been developed for 56 years. And the process of oil production caused serious pollution to the entire ecosystem of Daqing Oilfield. Under the guidance of the green development and recycling economy concept,we must give adequate emphasis to environment protection in oil production in Daqing Oilfield for sustainable development. It requires technological innovation,relevant laws and regulations, the environment awareness of oilfield employees to accomplish this complex task of constructing ecological civilization in Daqing.

This paper studies competing manufacturers with different distribution channels:one manufacturer sells its products by itself,the other through exclusive retailers. This paper investigates the conditions when two manufacturers invest in process innovation to reduce the production costs,and identifies the dominant equilibrium for manufacturer from the aspect of performance improvement. We also analyze the impact of competition between two channels and coefficient of innovation investment on the game equilibriums of process innovation. The results show that investing process innovation is a dominant equilibrium for manufacturer in direct selling when the coefficient of innovation investment is relatively big,but the threshold of coefficient of innovation investment is influenced by the intensity of competition between the two channels. The manufacturer in distribution channel will profit when he invests in process innovation if his competitor,i.e. the manufacturer in direct selling won't invest in process innovation;if the manufacturer in direct selling invests in process innovation,the manufacturer in distribution channel will realize performance improvement when he invests less in process innovation in relatively weak competing environment and invests more in process innovation without considering the intensity of competition between two channels.

Both Shanghai FTZ and Wanjiang city belt are located along the Yangtze River,thus the Shanghai FTZ experience can serve as a guidance for the development of Wanjiang logistics linkage. This paper does a qualitative analysis of the status of Wanjiang logistics in terms of inland river transportation scale,cargo throughput,highway and waterway freight volume and other aspects,and explores the relationship between the Wanjiang logistics linkage and Shanghai free trade zone. SWOT analysis is applied to the study on the logistics advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges. And based on the success of Shanghai FTZ in customs clearance,cold chain logistics,logistics park construction and negative list system,we suggest Wanjiang logistics linkage be improved by cultivating talents,developing large third-party logistics enterprises and rural logistics,and by connecting manufacturing and logistics industry.

The effectiveness of performance related pay has always been the concern of the academic circle. Based on the valid samples collected,we analyze the differences in employee cognition about the"real"performance related pay they actually get and about the pay they"expect"to get,the influence of such differences on employees' sense of distribution justice,and the moderating effects of different organizational climates on such influence. The study shows that cognitive differences are of significant negative correlation with employees' sense of distribution justice. And caring oriented ethic climate moderates positively,rule oriented ethic climate has no moderation effect,and instrumentalism oriented ethic climate moderates negatively.

Ideological security is the lifeline of safeguarding core national interests and basic security. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important carrier for effective dissemination of core socialist values and an important way to carry out and implement the fundamental task of morality education;it's also an important way to strengthen education for college students' ideals and beliefs. In the media era,the main structure of ideological education has undergone a qualitative change,and the alienation of media applications exacerbated the complexity of educational ecology. The lost of individual educational object in mediumlization environment has posed a great challenge to the ideological education in colleges and universities. in the new situation,in order to effectively maintain the security of national ideology,educators should play down the identity authority,strengthen professional ethics,and apply new media to their teaching. Colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of information media environment and optimize the social ecology of ideological education. Thus, the security of national ideology can get safeguarded with effects by strengthening the education of college students' media ethics and identity with mainstream ideology education.

The Effect of Group Counseling on the Promotion of Psychological Capital Appreciation of Students with Left-behind Experience——A Case Study of Southwest Petroleum University

Aiming to determine the effect of group counseling on the promotion of psychological capital appreciation of students with left-behind experience,we enlisted volunteer subjects from students with left-behind experience in Southwest Petroleum University (SWPU). And through a questionnaire survey and a contrastive study on the experimental group and control group with pre-test and post-test,we find out that the experimental group scores significantly higher in the post-test than they did in the pre-test while the control group scores in the post-test did not exhibit significant difference from those in the pre-test. The experimental group scores in the post-test are significantly higher than those of the control group. The majority of the students in the experimental group felt satisfied with and made positive comments on the counseling,saying that they gained a new positive attitude to their past experience.
