An Ethic Reflection on the Integration of Big Data and Ideological and Political Education in Universities

Abstract: In the process of integration and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities with big data,the emergence of ethical risks such as privacy invasion,information cocoon,intelligence dependence,evaluation set, etc. poses a threat to the value premise of the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. These ethical risks are closely related to rent seeking due to the generalization of big data application subjects, the ethical incentives of the potential functions of big data, and the incompleteness of external guarantee and restraint mechanisms in the process of big data application. In response to the ethical risks in the innovation process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we must take urgent measures to reshape the technical ethics,adhering to the ethical principles of big data application, and improving the ethical guarantee mechanism of big data application, so as to create a good environment for the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and further promote the integration and development of ideological and political education and big data in colleges and universities.
