HARMONIZING OIL ENTERPRISE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT RELATIONSHIP ON SOCIAL INTERACTION THEORY

Abstract: Disharmonious relationship between oil companies and local government existing now prevents local economic and social development.Seeing from social interaction perspective，the authors study the past and present situation of oil company and local government relationship and the causes and the study reveals that interaction of the two parties is becoming more complicated and involves more aspects.Based on social interaction theory and the findings of the study，strategies for a more harmonized relationship are presented：understanding the significance of social interaction theory，taking the initiative，improving understanding of problems in the interaction and improving skills of interaction.
