The new refined oil pricing mechanism becomes a hot issue at present with fluctuation of international oil prices.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current pricing mechanism，and studies measures to regulate the oil pricing mechanism and to make it suit China′s national conditions.As a result，the following suggestions are presented：increasing national oil reserve，integrating stateowned retail outlet network to achieve orderly and monopolistic competition，using analytic hierarchy process to choose pricing plans and so on.

As energy security plays an increasingly important role in national security，it becomes an urgent requirement to make an “oil and natural gas law” which accords with China′s present situation and can meet the rapid economic development and guarantees energy security of China.This paper，based on the present situation of oil and natural gas production and the basic requirements for oil and gas legislation，conducts a thorough study on aspects where lawful regulation are needed in oil and gas industry in China.After an analysis about the existing problems in the framework of oil and gas laws and regulations，the authors suggest the principal contents of China′s “oil and natural gas law” and thus give this paper significance in scientific development of oil and gas industry.

At present，problems exist in energy saving and emission reduction in oil companies due to inadequate studies and technique training and workable incentives.In view of this，the authors offer the following suggestions：establishing a scientific management system and organizations，enhancing energy saving management in project evaluation process，improving energy saving procedures，cultivating staff awareness of energy saving and setting up effective incentive mechanism.These measures are hoped to contribute to oil company management in energy saving and emission reduction.

In view of the actual difficulties as heavy workload and shortage of personnel which faces Chunguang Oilfield，the authority take measures to integrate exploration，development and engineering in oilfield operation.Centering on profits gaining，they mange personnel by means of flat organization，localized and contractbased management.Other measures as information management，reasonable division of oil reservoir management units etc.are also taken.All the above discussed measures has contributed to the high efficiency overall development of Chunguang Oilfield.

The upper half of the oracle character “yan”(言) is the figure of the tongue，and lower part of it is the figure of “mouth”（口）.The basic meaning of “yan” is “speech”.During the Yin and Shang period，“yan” is a specific festival name，and the “yan”(言)，“gao”(告) and “she”(舌)，which is different festival，can be seen as the beginning of early style.The kings′ decretals in Shang Shu are called “yan”（言）.There are many argumentative discourses in Shang Shu，the main components of which are reflected in the kings′ decretalstyle conversation(“yan”)(言).Some quotes in Shang Shu are aphoristic sentence，which are concise，brief and argumentative.

Textology was popular in Qing Dynasty，and people had a craze for compiling scattered writings.Before Qing Dynasty，people paid attention to the preQin philosophers′ books.In Qing Dynasty,they began to compile the philosophers′ books of Wei and Jin Dynasty,which was helpful to the research on society,history and philosophy in Wei and Jin Dynasty.This article focuses on five people in Qing Dynasty named Zhou Guangye,Yan Kejun,Ma Guohan,Wang Renjun,Huang Shi.They collected 98 kinds of philosophers′ books of Wei and Jin Dynasty.Besides,this article comments on their styles and analyzes the origin of those books.

he paper analyzes the value，realistic choice and predicament of the democratic function of the Internet from the development of democratic thoughts .The most worthy value of the Internet on democracy is that as public spheres，it provides the possibility of deliberative democracy among citizens，evokes civil consciousness，and then redeems the public political life on the wane.Although it excites classical Republicanism democratic ideal，the Internet is confronted with a predicament.It is not a perfect model of public sphere.In order to surpass the limitation of the Internet′s function in democracy，it is necessary to distinguish ideal and reality，to approve standardization role of value norms on facts，to have faith in human rationality and morality，and to value the important role of the Internet discussion and deliberation in fostering citizen quality and improving the Internet as a public sphere.

Both authenticity and learner autonomy are issues of great importance in foreign language learning and teaching，which possess substantial theoretical and practical value.It is far from easy to incorporate authenticity in teaching and to foster learner autonomy.The current paper discusses the relation between the two issues and concludes that authenticity could promote leaner autonomy to some extent.Some suggestions are put forward in terms of language material，language environment and task，and language assessment，aiming to realize the incorporation of authenticity in language teaching，therefore，to develop learner autonomy.
