Abstract:

National judicial examination offers favorable opportunity of the development of legal education in China.However，at the present stage，problems still exist: miscellaneous layers of legal education make it difficult to meet the requirements of legal personnel and the overexpansion of the scale of legal education reduces the professional quality of legal workers.We believe that successful legal education reform must rest on a reduced scale and higher level，and on standardized education channels and scientific content.
