Abstract: International Aerobics Rules for the period from 2005 to 2008 set more specific requirements on athletes in their comprehensive physical quality，the ability to accurately reflect the aerobics technical characteristics，and accurate completion of different groups of difficult movements. With the new rules，the Federation of International Gymnastics focuses on the four groups of as follows:dynamic，static，jump class，balance and flexibility. We choose scissors leap 1/1 turn as the study object. With video records and statistic analysis，we carry out biomechanical analysis of the biomechanical parameters of the takeoff，jumping and landing by three athletes，and compare the differences in the movements of their ankles，knees，coxae，shoulders，and bodies and in the angles between their thighs. The analysis leads to the correlation of the parameters to good technical skills，which provides theoretical reference for athletes in their performance.
