With the rapid development of China’s economy and the shipping trade ,the operating of ships has seriously polluted China’s ocean environment，but China’s legal system in preventing vesselsource ocean pollutions lags far behind. It has the defects of lack of specific basic law，imperfection of corresponding laws and regulations，failure to distinct different territorial waters effectively，weakness in law enforcement，etc. Drawing lessons from the United States of America，the authors suggest that legal system in preventing vesselsource ocean pollutions should be perfected from the aspects of legislation，perfection of corresponding regulations and compensation fund system，etc.

Based on the opportunities and challenges facing petroleum and natural gas enterprises due to climate change，and considering relevant experiences of foreign petroleum enterprises，this article points out that it is necessary to explore low carbon economy mode in order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high pollution and to promote sustainable development of petroleum and natural gas enterprises. From the perspective of ecological ethics，this paper starts from the application of low carbon economy and low carbon technology to petroleum and natural gas enterprises. And through analysis of evaluation index of the low carbon enterprises，the author intends to explore the approaches to low carbon economy the petroleum natural gas enterprise may adopt.

In the field of community construction，community autonomous governance is a hot topic at present. However，it is necessary to think twice about whether community autonomous governance is feasible is China. To answer this question，we explore the nature of the community as well as China’s specific national conditions，and discuss the defects of community autonomous governance. Based on the discussion，the author tries to introduce the theory of public governance into community construction in order to find a new community governance pattern，which is，multiple parties manage public affairs jointly through consultation and cooperation. While depending on each other，the government，market，civil society carry out their own duties in this process.

Ideology and politics work in communities of restructured statedowned enterprises is of great importance. The authors carry out a survey of ideology and politics work in Xinxing community in Xindu District of Chengdu Municipality，and analyze both the achievements and problems. Based on the previous work，we suggest that innovation in organization，approaches and methods，content and measures will contribute to the improvement in the ideology and politics work in communities of restructured stateowned enterprises. Such innovation also helps the construction of harmonized communities.

It is an important phenomenon in the history of higher education development for universities to accept social donation. Introducing social capital into social donation to universities，attaching importance to and taking advantage of the positive social capital will promote the development and consolidation of social donation to universities. From the perspective of social capital，this paper analyzes the relationship between the social capital and social donation to universities and finds out its positive effects in promoting social donation to universities. This paper also points out the main difficulties that social donation to universities are facing at present. These difficulties are the occurrence of social trust crisis，lack of scientific rules，the confinement of traditional concept of charity and neglect of network of social donation to universities. This paper also puts forward some corresponding solutions from three aspects which are to promote improve public trust to universities，set up regulations for donation mechanism and to promote the social network of university donation.

In China，the creation of insurance exemption clause is the reflection of trading convention contract and it is also accepted by the traditional insurance legislation. The rising of the theory about “socialization of private law autonomy” has profoundly impacted modern insurance industry，and the relevant theory of insurance exemption clause is called into question. In the liability insurance contract，the shortcoming of insurer’s abuse of disclaimer to shift performance responsibility has been attached importance to. Therefore，it is necessary to seek judicial review for liability insurance exemption clauses，which should be guided by the principle of rebuilding the utmost good faith. “Unfair prejudice” and “inappropriate imbalance” should be taken as two concrete elements for the principle of utmost good faith within insurance law in identifing the effectiveness of exemption clauses of liability insurance.

Media commercialization，an objective law which is independent of man's will，is the tendency of media development. Media production is a social activity and a commodity production，which has its unique operating rule in the process of production，sales and profitability .The development process of media commercialization in China is studied by using the theory of political economy of communications. The purpose of the study is to expose the economic nature of media and media transmission and further clarify the economic nature of media transmission. On such basis，this paper further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the operation of media market in China，and points out what needs to be further strengthened and developed and what needs to be overcame and abandoned. International Aerobics Rules for the period from 2005 to 2008 set more specific requirements on athletes in their comprehensive physical quality，the ability to accurately reflect the aerobics technical characteristics，and accurate completion of different groups of difficult movements. With the new rules，the Federation of International Gymnastics focuses on the four groups of as follows:dynamic，static，jump class，balance and flexibility. We choose scissors leap 1/1 turn as the study object. With video records and statistic analysis，we carry out biomechanical analysis of the biomechanical parameters of the takeoff，jumping and landing by three athletes，and compare the differences in the movements of their ankles，knees，coxae，shoulders，and bodies and in the angles between their thighs. The analysis leads to the correlation of the parameters to good technical skills，which provides theoretical reference for athletes in their performance.
